1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of govally.com (the "Site") and any services provided by Gov Ally, LLC ("Gov Ally," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Services

Gov Ally provides advisory and consulting services to state and local government, public agencies, and mission-aligned organizations. Specific engagements are governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work between Gov Ally and the client. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer to provide services.

3. Use of the Site

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its systems;
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Site or associated infrastructure;
  • Scrape, reverse engineer, or reproduce the Site's content without written permission.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, iconography, and the "Gov Ally" name and mark — is owned by Gov Ally or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

5. Submissions

Information you submit through contact forms is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not submit confidential, classified, or sensitive personal information through the Site. By submitting an inquiry, you grant Gov Ally the right to use that information to respond and to evaluate a potential engagement.

6. No Professional Advice

Content on the Site — including blog posts, resources, and general descriptions of our services — is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, procurement, financial, or other professional advice. Formal advice is provided only under an executed engagement agreement.

7. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites and resources. Gov Ally does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.

8. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Gov Ally does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gov Ally and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Gov Ally harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Manatee County, Florida.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
